David would first pop up on police radar in early 2007. After years of importing and selling drug, this one deal was one that catch the attention of police. A young underage girl would be given a bag of weed and some other substance. (police could not identify as it was used) Apparently David was selling to kids for years as he would confess to cell mates and he was even quoted during his incarceration saying "it was the best market...Kids"
Now on the inside the self-proclaimed "Boston George of Hawaii" (Referring to 2001 movie Blow where criminal coke dealer was caught with 600 bls of weed) Was not only there to serve time but to learn from others on their tricks of the trade. As quoted in the movie Blow. "I went in with a bachelor's in weed , I left with a doctorate in cocaine". Well David was not far off from that story line. See while he entered the DOC with a highs school degree in Weed and leave with a Masters degree in molesting young men, (Hence the name D-Sac) and investor fraud.
He would be released and right back at it. He had his eye on setting up a growing operation of weed, but didn't have the funds to do so. Well from his time in prison he learned that you can just take money from people with false promises of a giant return along the way. This is where he would mess up getting a loan from a person (you can refer to court documents) of about 5 million to set up a "grow operation" This operation was nothing more then to rack the person of their funds and never set up anything close to what was promised. The State of California would not issue him nor his accomplice wife (Shannon Hoffman Saccullo) a license to grow anywhere in the state. Not only that but when he was permitted to grow some marijuana it was found he was using chemicals that were banned by the State and infecting the drinking water of the population. This debacle would utter cause his "grow" business to a stand still. Thus unable to pay back investors, instead of telling them that he was up ended with the project, he continued to ask around for cash. One of the investors took him to court over this and won the judgement. Although it wasn't clear if he paid back all the funds that were owed.
This would moved D-Sac in another direction where during the time he was siphoning off cash from other investors into a ghost venture Canndustrialca. D-SAC would start buying property in California and Tennessee. D-Sac would put all the property in his wife's name so that he could avoid any punishment or the courts from taking what he has stolen from investors. Still to this day is can be found chasing people up for cash in his wild ventures to "make it big". There are a few victims that we would find that have been taken for such a ride that they had to come out of retirement and start working again. The legal system only put them more in debt and now they are focred to work. These individuals would confront David several times only to be met with of "Fuck off," or a "Who the fuck are you losers" This just goes to show you that David's time in prison showed him that his punishment inside only lead him to be more of a criminal on the outside.
This bring us to our last part of the story. David, even has gone so low as to bring his kids into the mix of his criminal enterprise. Connor or we like to call him Con-Saccallo is one that looks like a baseball star, but really is running the same racket over in Tennessee in college. Selling drugs, exploiting woman and assaulting a miner. These reports would come from people that he is attending school with and even has play sports with in the past. The apple doesn't fall far from the tree it seems. With D-Sac having the funds now to pay off those who oppose him or use his money to by muscle to extort others that want to file suit against him is something out of a Mobster movie.
David and his family need to be stopped before the destroy other live.
We refuse to be silenced about there matter and will continue to spread the news about him and his family.
